Yes. Every painting is an original work created by Isa with intention and love in her Miami studio. Her dog Gordo keeps her company as she paints, while the memory of James, who lives forever in her heart—inspires her work.Isa primarily works with mixed media on canvas, including acrylic paint, gesso, and POSCA markers. Each painting is finished with a protective coating to help preserve its color, texture, and surface.

Each painting remains unsigned until it finds its collector. After purchase, Isa personally signs the artwork and adds a meaningful message for its new owner. The collector also receives a video capturing the signing moment, along with a certificate of authenticity delivered with the artwork.

Each painting is carefully wrapped and securely packaged to protect the artwork and frame during transit. Every shipment is fully insured and sent via UPS. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. In Miami-Dade, I bring your painting myself, hang it with you, and sign it in your home.

Yes. Please provide the collector’s name at checkout so Isa can add a personalized message to the back of the painting.

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Keep the artwork away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperature changes. Dust the frame gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid applying liquids to the canvas.

Each painting is carefully packaged and shipped fully insured. Please inspect the package before opening it. If you notice damage, photograph the unopened package, shipping label, and damaged areas before opening. After opening, photograph the artwork and all interior packaging. Keep the artwork, box, and packing materials until the claim is resolved.Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@isazapata.com. We will coordinate the UPS claim and advise you on the next steps. Any refund, repair, or replacement will be determined after the damage and claim have been reviewed. Because each painting is an original, an identical replacement may not be available.Damage caused after delivery—including damage from cutting into the package, mishandling, improper installation, moving, hanging, or storage—is the collector’s responsibility and is not covered as shipping damage. Please open the package carefully and follow the included handling instructions.

Yes. Some of my paintings leave the studio to live in The Joy Residency — my program that places original art where people need it most, from healing spaces to hotels. Past residencies include Marriott Dadeland.Right now you can see them at two Miami residencies: Florida Veterinary Cardiology (FVC) in South Miami, and a healing apartment at Missoni Baia. Yes. In Miami-Dade, select works from my studio are available for a private preview in your home for 3 to 5 days, before they are signed and personalized. I bring the painting, we hang it together, and you live with it.Paintings on view in a Joy Residency stay where they are, but you're welcome to visit them in person.Write to studio@isazapata.com with the subject "Living with a portal before it's signed" and I'll tell you which works are available.

A credit card on file and a simple preview agreement. The agreement confirms the dates, the pickup, and how to care for the painting while it's with you.Your card is not charged during the preview. It is only charged if you decide to keep the painting, or if it is damaged while in your care.

If you fall in love with it, it's yours. I sign it with your name and a personal message — right there in your home — and your certificate of authenticity arrives with it.If it isn't the one, I pick it up at the agreed time and nothing is charged.
