Each painting is finished with a protective coating to help preserve its color, texture, and surface.

Each painting remains unsigned until it finds its collector. After purchase, Isa personally signs the artwork and adds a meaningful message for its new owner. The collector also receives a video capturing the signing moment, along with a certificate of authenticity delivered with the artwork.

Each painting is carefully wrapped and securely packaged to protect the artwork and frame during transit. Every shipment is fully insured and sent via UPS. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Keep the artwork away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperature changes. Dust the frame gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid applying liquids to the canvas.

What happens if my painting arrives damaged?

Each painting is carefully packaged and shipped fully insured. Please inspect the package before opening it. If you notice damage, photograph the unopened package, shipping label, and damaged areas before opening. After opening, photograph the artwork and all interior packaging. Keep the artwork, box, and packing materials until the claim is resolved.Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at isa@isazapata.com. We will coordinate the UPS claim and advise you on the next steps. Any refund, repair, or replacement will be determined after the damage and claim have been reviewed. Because each painting is an original, an identical replacement may not be available.Damage caused after delivery—including damage from cutting into the package, mishandling, improper installation, moving, hanging, or storage—is the collector’s responsibility and is not covered as shipping damage. Please open the package carefully and follow the included handling instructions.
